From Hirakata-city, Osaka-prefecture, Japan

I was wondering if the corona vaccine vaccination would be a long way off, but suddenly the movement of occupational vaccination accelerated, and our Osaka workers were able to inoculate the occupational area. Mindfullness is popular word recently, but for me, living with simplicity might be same as mindfullness. There are so many things around us and these are physical ones and non-physical ones (information). There are so many information using internet, SNS, so on. There are many worrying things happening at work which are mixture of not so important but in a hurry things and important things, and our brain are always under stress circumstance. And mindfullness is of course usefull method to maintain our state of mind. But for me, having little things, clearing up my surroundings, clearing up our garden with broom, listening NHK radio(very simple one), opening windows and feeling cold air, hearing birds whistling through the windows. It's enough for me. It's like old japanese style rooted of buddism and very close to my childfood life style.Recently I notice a goodness of such things. And throughout these things, my mind and brain suddenly clears up. It's true for me. ...

As I read today's nikkei evening newspaper, it featured mindfullness.(We recently see this topics in many media) And this article said that one method to boost one's concentration is to shut down various informations from our eyes and ears. That's is what I often thought. There are so many informations around us and we can touch many informations from ubiquitas it mobile. Especially SNS are such media. These are designed to stimulate one's curiosity. And recently I strongly think that these things consume our time so getting away of these things is very important skill for us, I think.

As writing here , sports is good for health. And today I strongly think so. Recently I didn't run because I always walk about 10,000 steps a day and I think that it is enough. But today, we took bicycle to hirakata-city and it was very good exercise for me. I sweated and feel relux after riding bicyle. I felt very satisfied and felt reflesh with my brain. It was a wonderful discovery for me. Running 3 days a week is not good for me because I commute long-distance, but running with relux makes me feel happier, refreshing my brain so I want to restart my running !

About 1week, I heavily lost my health. Last sundsy and monday, I had a fever (took 1 day absent of work) and recovered on tuesday morning, work 2 days(feeling strangeness of my digestive system from tuesday evening), then suddenly my body condition was deteriorated on thursday early morning, down from tuesday to sunday. Especially last 4 days was very hard experience because my body temperature was not decreased, couldn't move my body and had no desire to eat. In my ordinary case, taking 1day rest turned out to be normal condition. But this case it didn't. I checked 3 hospital, internal medicine, gastrolintestinal medicine, but couldn't find bad thing. ( it might be that it is virus type fever and was not infected with influenza, I checked twice, monday and suturday ! ) For last 1 month, I became sick 3 times after light exercise then recovered 1-2days rest and doctor said that virus wouldn't be died under body temperature 37.5C so it might be that they kept e...

Two weeks has passed since swine influenza was discovered in Kansai-region (Kobe city). Osaka pref. and Hyougo pref. was designated as infected areas. And many workers included me was restrected to go out to another inafected prefectures so many co-workers had to cancel their schedules (ex. Tokyo, Kyusyu-area).In my company,we must wear musk (without saying that we must wear musk)and it was difficult to speak due to musk.(but this instraction was released 2 days before.) My wife canceled all schedules for our son to go to public area like children's meeting organized by hirakata-city. Also we bought many emergency foods for two weeks(because Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare recomended to prepare two-weeks-foods).And now, many people didn't wear musk even in the commuter-train.
