Gifu trip (day 1) 15 August
This year, I had 10 days summer holiday but due to coronavirus pandemic, we abandoned going back to my hometown Shizuoka-city and spent days around my home plus short trip like this. So we did 2 days short trip to Gifu, about 200km from my home. We used the Goto campaign which the government supported 30% of hotel fees plus coupons equal to 20% of hotel fees(latter had not yet started on that day). We used comfort hotel Gifu which costs 6800 yen per 3 persons (very cheap!) and 2380 yen support by the Goto campaign so we could stay this hotel about 4400 yen! So we left home at 10:30 am and had driven to Sekigahara which was our first destination. Before there, we ate lunch at Oomi donmaru . It tastes good and the price is low (my donburi costs 600 yen).
