As writing here, sports is good for health. And today I strongly think so.
Recently I didn't run because I always walk about 10,000 steps a day and I think that it is enough.
But today, we took bicycle to hirakata-city and it was very good exercise for me. I sweated and feel relux after riding bicyle. I felt very satisfied and felt reflesh with my brain. It was a wonderful discovery for me.
Running 3 days a week is not good for me because I commute long-distance, but running with relux makes me feel happier, refreshing my brain so I want to restart my running !
